This Privacy Policy explains how Listimo ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data when you use the Listimo mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using Listimo you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

b. Lists, Tasks/Items, and Chats
Content you create—lists, tasks (or items), messages, attachments, and files—is stored to enable features such as sync and sharing. Images and files shared in chat may be subject to automatic expiration depending on app settings.
c. Device Information
We collect device type, operating system, app version, and crash diagnostics to improve performance and fix issues.
d. Usage Data
Anonymous analytics about feature usage (e.g., which features are used and how often) help us prioritize improvements.
e. Payment & Subscription Information
We process Premium subscriptions via third-party app stores and platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We retain user content (lists, tasks/items, chats) as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the App. If you delete content or your account, we will remove it in accordance with our deletion procedures; some residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.
Images and attachments shared in chat may be removed automatically after an expiry period if that feature is enabled. Billing and transactional records may be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

We receive confirmation of subscription status and relevant transactional metadata, but we do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Billing disputes and refunds are handled according to the terms of the applicable app store or payment processor.
